I come from a town known as "Dogtown,"
from the hind end of Venus
from the boil on the butt of the goddess of "love"

Picture this, if you will
a desert that fills a planet, a desert the size of Venus

I come from a planet known as "Venus,"
from a place named for "beauty"
where the sun shines all day, where the goddess never lived

Picture this, if you will: a heart can become a desert
if love is allowed to wither, if love is allowed to die
